Create Handmade Botanical Paints and Explore Watercolor Painting
Spend a day on the farm discovering the magic of color. In the morning, we’ll explore how to create botanical watercolor paints from plants and natural materials. In the afternoon, we’ll use those handmade paints to fill pages with expressive, nature-inspired imagery. Learn a variety of watercolor techniques and complete a final abstract landscape inspired by the colors and texture you will find at Small Acre Farm. No experience is necessary—just curiosity, creativity, and a love of the natural world. You will take a pallet of watercolor paints home to continue your artist’s journey.
9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch (garden salad bar lunch included).
