Baby Alice Loom
Some of the most satisfying weaving happens in a small frame. The Baby Alice is a compact, versatile loom handcrafted from cherry wood, built for the weaver who wants to weave intentionally on a smaller scale and work with tools that are art in their own right.
Designed for tape, band, and card weaving, the Baby Alice is equally at home with small tapestry work. Whether you're weaving a narrow inkle band, a woven label, a card-woven trim, or a pocket-sized tapestry, this loom holds the work steady and the process unhurried.
With a footprint of 16" × 7" with an 8" profile, it tucks easily onto a desk or side table. It travels well and takes up little space — but don't mistake its size for limitation. This is a loom with a lot of possibilities.
Each Baby Alice is handmade by Toot in her workshop on our farm in northern Colorado, from cherry wood, finished with a non-toxic finish, and comes ready to use with a heddle and shuttle included.
