Our Flock
We have a small flock of Finnsheep that we rais for their fiber and winning personalities.
Abbie
I fell in love with Abbie the minute I met her. She is sweet and an excellent mother. She has had a set of twins and a set of triplets for us.

Ghira is a dedicated mother and has BIG litters of lambs. When we lost her best friend last summer, Ghira stepped in as the leader.

Gretta was shy around people but the leader of the herd. She had a calm but determined presence. Gretta gave us triplets and quads. Sadly we lost her last summer but her four boys remain in our fiber herd.

Luna is her mother’s daughter in fleece and mothering skills. She raised beautiful twins this year. She has a fancy, upright presence and struts when she walks.

We brought Jack into our herd in the summer of ‘24. His first lambs are beautiful and he seems to have passed his gorgeous dense fleece genes on.

Wicket
Wicket came to our farm with his mother, Abbie and the other two foundation ewes. He was bred to Gretta and Ghira for ‘25 lambs and then went on to be a foundation sire for a new herd in Wyoming

Lambert
Lambert is the only one of Gretta’s quads from this last summer that is recognizable. The rest are all white. Lambert is a shy guy and often lurks at the back of the group.

Lars
One of the white boys from Gretta’s quads. Quite honestly this could be Olaf or Sven. Even after spend plenty of time with them, I can’t tell them apart. Whoever this is, he is the outgoing one of the four, first in line for cookies.

Nils is a big guy for a wether. He is friendly and a little pushy. He lives with the foundation ewes (or the “mothers” as I call them. He would like to be in charge but it’s a matriarchal society in our herd and the mothers lead the way. Nils produces a big gorgeous fleece in whites and greys with a bit of brown. He is for sale to a good fiber home.
