Yes! I handcraft every tool and piece in my woodshop here on the farm. More than 4 decades of woodworking experience goes into my creations

I create my tools in collaboration with fiber artists who test them and give me feedback. My favorite tools are the ones I have created with special friends in the fiber arts community. I am a one woman show. I hand make every tool that we sell.

I choose woods that lend themselves to what I am working on . Cherry is my go to. It’s beautiful, wears well and ages to a beautiful dark patina. I do not use endangered wood varieties and do research on new woods to ensure sustainability.

All of my fiber tools are finished with non toxic finishes. We recommend cleaning with Murphy’s oil soap when necessary. Just a damp cloth, don’t take them swimming.

I love to collaborate and do custom work when my schedule allows.

All the tools listed in our webshop are ready to ship. I make tools in batches and usually release them in our periodic live sales. Remaining stock gets listed on the website. Contact us if you’d like to know where a specific tool is in the production schedule.
